A thorough consultation — where a doctor takes time to understand your face, your goals, your concerns and your medical history — is what separates genuinely excellent aesthetic medicine from production-line treatments.
At Skiin, we protect this. Our consultations are never rushed. We never see multiple patients simultaneously. Your doctor is present, engaged and genuinely focused on you for the duration of your appointment.

You reach out — via our consultation chatbot, by phone or by booking directly online. There's no commitment to proceed at any stage. An initial conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Your Consultation Appointment
You meet your doctor in our Manchester clinic. The consultation is never rushed — typically 30–45 minutes. Your doctor will assess your face, listen to your concerns, review your medical history and begin to form a picture of what's possible for you.
Honest Assessment
We tell you what we see. Not what you want to hear. If a treatment won't benefit you meaningfully, we'll say so. If we think a different approach will serve you better, we'll explain why. You will never leave a Skiin consultation feeling pressured.
Bespoke Treatment Plan
If you'd like to proceed, your doctor designs a bespoke treatment plan — outlining what, why, when and in what sequence. For complex cases involving multiple treatments, we sequence carefully to maximise every element.
Treatment
Performed by your doctor at a subsequent appointment (or in some cases at the same session, depending on the treatment). All procedures are doctor-administered, in our clinical environment, with full emergency protocols in place.
Review & Aftercare
A 2-week review is standard for injectable treatments — this is part of your care, not an optional extra. We assess results, make any refinements needed and discuss your ongoing maintenance programme.
Long-Term Partnership
The best results at Skiin come from long-term relationships. Your doctor follows your journey, tracks how your face responds to treatment over time and adjusts your programme accordingly. We are invested in your aesthetic health for years, not sessions.
